At ThinkPlugin.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure your satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to make sure our plugins perform seamlessly on your site. However, we understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.
If you are experiencing a technical issue or our plugin is not working as expected on your site, we kindly ask that you first contact our support team to allow us to help you resolve the issue. We find that we can solve the vast majority of problems quickly.
If we are unable to resolve your issue or if you are simply not satisfied with our product, we will be happy to provide a full refund subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for a Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. We cannot grant refunds after this 14-day period has passed.
- Before a refund is granted, we ask that you allow us to try and resolve the issue by working with our support team.
- If our plugin does not perform a feature as advertised on the product page or is causing an unresolvable technical error on your site, your refund request will be prioritized.
Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted
- Subscription Renewals: We do not offer refunds on renewal payments for annual subscriptions. We send reminder emails before your renewal date. If you do not wish to renew automatically, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time from the “Subscriptions” section of your account before the renewal date.
- Change of Mind: We generally do not grant refunds for requests due to a “change of mind” or if you “no longer need the product” after downloading it. We encourage you to review our product features in detail before making a purchase.
- Failure to Contact Support: If you are experiencing an issue and request a refund without first creating a support ticket to seek help, your request may be denied. Please give us an opportunity to help you first.
- Server or Third-Party Conflicts: If the issue preventing our plugin from working is found to be caused by your server configuration or a conflict with a third-party plugin, a refund will not be granted. However, we will be happy to help you diagnose the problem.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to Contact with the following information:
- The email address you used for the purchase.
- Your order number.
- A detailed reason for your refund request.
We will get back to you within 1-2 business days after receiving your request.
The Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Upon refund, your license key for the corresponding plugin will be deactivated, and you will no longer receive updates or support for it.
